This may be one of my favorite guest appearances to date. Below are the general times and subjects discussed.
One errata: I mentioned a-tocopherol and shortly after “binding to pathogens” where I was meaning lipoproteins in the same context, not the a-tocopherol itself (it primarily converts ROS to non radical products).

Listened once but to absorb more, I need to listen 2-3X more.
From Oct 2017 to Oct 2018, my total cholesterol and LDL-C and LDL-P dropped ~30% (to 168/111/1450) with no change to LC diet but I did start taking tocotrienols (not tocopherols) + 2/week IR sauna. Could either or both of these explain the 30% drop? (TG was 67 which also dropped from 96). Frankly, I was somewhat perturbed at the lowish numbers. any thoughts?
Could you post your full panel numbers before and after? So, Total cholesterol, LDL-C, HDL-C, triglycerides, and the NMR info as well (LDL-P, etc)?

Great episode! I watched you present at Low Carb Houston, huge fan of your work! I was hoping to get a hold of someone regarding a few collaboration ideas. Hope to connect soon!
