Thanks guys. Looking forward to Siobhan’s diet experiment write-up and totally agree with the long recovery needed from a high carb “assault”. I’m sure there’s individual variation but it takes me days to recover from even a one day high carb cheat. I initially assumed when I first became Keto that I could be more adaptable to rare momentary carb increases but I’m way LESS tolerable to higher carb. In a way, it’s good to realize that as I’m less likely to carb cheat for that reason. Also Dave, definitely looking forward to your book. I’m sure it will be as good as everything else you do.
I’ll definitely concede writing a books is much harder than I thought it would be (particularly for an obsessive perfectionist)
